التوزيع الجغرافي للمدارس الصينية في محافظة صلاح الدين باستخدام نظم المعلومات الجغرافية (GIS)

الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل التوزيع الجغرافي للمدارس المُنشأة ضمن الاتفاقية العراقية–الصينية محافظة صلاح الدين، وتوظيف أدوات نظم المعلومات الجغرافية (GIS) لقياس نمط انتشارها، وكفاءتها المكانية، ومدى إسهامها في تقليص نقص البنى التحتية التعليمية ، اعتمد البحث على بيانات رسمية عن حصص المحافظات وعدد مدارس صلاح الدين (78) مدرسة، وتوزيعها الجغرافي على الأقضية كما أعلنته الجهات المحلية، إضافةً إلى طبقات حدود إدارية وشبكات طرق ومراكز سكانية مفتوحة المصدر. طُرحت منهجية قابلة للتنفيذ في ArcGIS تشمل الترميز الجغرافي، التحليل الإحصائي المكاني (معامل الجار الأقرب، كثافة النواة، ومعامل موران)، وتحليل إمكانية الوصول (Isochrones). خلص البحث إلى إطار عملي لرصد اكتمال المشروع مكانياً، وتحديد الفجوات المتبقية بحسب المعايير السكانية وشبكات النقل.
