التمثيل الخرائطي لأنماط العجز السكني العددي في محافظة صلاح الدين لعام 2023

الملخص
تتناول هذه الدراسة التوزيع المكاني لأنماط العجز السكني في محافظة صلاح الدين من خلال استخدام نظم المعلومات الجغرافية (GIS)، اعتمادًا على بيانات السكان والأسر والوحدات السكنية لعام 2023. وتضمنت الدراسة تحليل التوزيع العددي والبيئي للسكان، بالإضافة إلى التوزيع البيئي لأعداد الأسر والوحدات السكنية، بغية الكشف عن حجم العجز السكني الكمي والنوعي والكلي.
كشفت النتائج عن تزايد سكاني ملحوظ بنسبة 110% خلال مدة الدراسة، وتباين واضح بين الأقضية من حيث التوزيع، مع تفوق سكاني في الريف على الحضر. كما ارتفع عدد الأسر من (101,823) إلى (318,592) أسرة، في حين بلغ العجز الكمي في عام 2023 نحو (31,558) وحدة سكنية مقارنة بـ(8,505) في عام 1997. أما العجز النوعي فقد تراجع من (15,058) إلى (8,684) وحدة، بينما ارتفع العجز الكلي إلى (40,242) وحدة سكنية. تعود هذه الفجوة السكنية إلى عوامل ديموغرافية وأمنية واقتصادية، أبرزها الهجرة الداخلية، وتدهور البنية التحتية، وضعف الاستثمار في القطاع السكني.
خلصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة تبني سياسات إسكانية شاملة ترتكز على معالجة الفجوات السكنية عبر خطط تخطيط عمراني مستدام تراعي التوزيع المكاني والبيئي للسكان.
