التحليل الجغرافي للنمو السكاني والأسري في مدينة تكريت للمدة (2010 – 2023)

الملخص
تعد مدينة تكريت من المراكز الحضرية المهمة في محافظة صلاح الدين ، وهي مركزها الإداري ومنذ عام 1976 ، وهي من المدن ذات معدلات النمو السكاني والأسري المرتفعة والمتسارعة ومنذ عام 1947 ، ولهذا اتسعت مساحتها وتضاعف سكانها مرات عديدة لارتفاع معدل نموها السكاني الذي وصل في بعض الفترات إلى اكثر من 8% سنوياً ، ولهذا وصل سكانها عام 2023 (123828) نسمة ، وتمثل ثاني المدن من حيث السكان بعد مدينة سامراء ، وكان للسياسات السكانية السابقة وخاصة بعد عام 1976 والتي أدت إلى ارتفاع الخصوبة السكانية ولحركة السكان نحو المدينة سواء من داخل المحافظة أو ريفها أو من خارجها ، ولهذا تم اختيار هذا البحث لبيان هذا المعدل وبحسب الأحياء السكنية ومن ثم المشكلات الناجمة عن النمو سواء في السكن أو الخدمات أو العشوائيات ، ومن ثم لإعطاء فرصة لأصحاب القرار للتخطيط المستقبلي لبيان حجم السكان المستقبلي حتى عام 2033 لتخطي تلك المشكلات .
