التحليل الجغرافي للأيتام في قضاء كركوك لعام 2023

الملخص
تعد ظاهرة اليتم من احد أكثر الظواهر انتشاراً و ذات تأثير كبير في المجتمع بعد الاحداث الكوارث وحروب والامراض التي شهدها منطقة البحث, الذي تسبب بحدوث خلل في البنية الاجتماعية أثناء ترك العديد من أبناء المجتمع بلا مأوى و معيل مما يقع عبئ إعالتهم على أحد افراد الأسرة او اقاربهم وهذا يؤدي إلى حرمانهم من أهم عوامل التنشئة الصحِيحة التي يحتاج اليها الابناء, لذا يحتاج الى اخذ بعض القرارات المهمة من اجل حماية هذه الفئة السكانية من الهلاك والضياع. ويعاني قضاء كركوك من اتشار ظاهرة اليتم فيها, بسبب الظروف التي مرّت بها من تردي الأوضاع الأمنية وانتشار الفوضى والخروقات الامنية التي تسببت بانتشار الارهاب والقتل والانفجارات طول فترة السنوات الماضية, حتى احتلال عصابات داعش الارهابية لبعض اجزاء منطقة البحث في حزيران عام 2014, فضلاً عن حوادث المرورية وانتشار الأمراض ومنها الانتقالية كالفيروسات, كل هذه العوامل أسهمت بشكل كبير في ارتفاع أعداد الأيتام. جاء هذا البحث لدراسة المشكلة من أجل الوصول الى أسبابها والكشف عن مسببات الرئيسية التي ادت الى اختلاف وتباين انتشار الظاهرة على مستوى وحداتها الادارية, وخصائصهم الاجتماعية والاقتصادية, مستخدماً الأساليب الإحصائية لمعرفة مراكز انتشار, كذلك تم الاعتماد على برنامج (7Arc GiS10.), لتمثيل الظاهرة وبدقة عالية حيث توصل الباحث اثناء دراسته ان عدد الايتام في قضاء كركوك بلغ (10999) يتيم.
