الملخص

       يستهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على مستوى هوية النجاح وهوية الفشل لدى عينة البحث طلبة الاعدادية في الشرقاط والتعرف على الفروق ذات الدلالة الاحصائية وفقا لمتغير الجنس والتخصص  للعام الدراسي(2023ـ2024)، و قام الباحثان ببناء اداة لقياس هوية النجاح و اداة لقياس هوية الفشل, وبعد استخراج الصدق و حساب الثبات  اذ بلغ معامل الفا كورنباخ (0.88 ) واعادة الاختبار (0،71)لهوية النجاح، اما هوية الفشل فقد بلغ معامل الفا كورنباخ (0،75 ) واعادة الاختبار (0،72)  ,وبذلك قد اصبح المقياس هوية النجاح (30) فقرة، و مقياس هوية الفشل (28) فقرة بصيغتهما النهائية لكلا المقياسان, وتم تطبيق المقياسان على عينة طبقية عشوائية بلغت (280) طالب وطالبة, ولغرض معالجة البيانات احصائيا استخدم الباحثان معامل ارتباط بيرسون والاختبار التائي لعينة واجدة, والاختبار التائي للعينتين مستقلتين ،وقد أظهرت النتائج وجود مستوى متوسط هوية النجاح لدى طلبة الاعدادية. اما هوية الفشل لا ترتقي لمستوى الدلالة الاحصائية أي ان عينة البحث لا تتصف بهوية الفشل، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دالة احصائيا بين  الذكور والاناث تبعا لمتغير الجنس, وعدم وجود فروق ذات دالة احصائية بين (علمي -ادبي) تبعاً لمتغير التخصص في هوية النجاح وهوية الفشل, وخرج البحث بالعديد من التوصيات والمقترحات.
