الملخص

يهدف اليحث الحالي الى التعرف على دافع الإنجاز وعلاقته بالضغوط النفسية لدى طلبة المرحلة الاعدادية في قضاء كلار/ محافظة السليمانية ومعرفة الفروق ذات الدلالة الاحصائية وفقاً لمتغيِّرَي الجنس والتخصص(علمي/أدبي), اِستخدم الباحث المنهجَ الوصفي ذا العلاقة الارتباطية في بحثه وذلك لملاءمته مع طبيعة هذه الدراسة. تتكون عينة البحث من( 400 ) طالباً وطالبة من طلبة المرحلة الإعدادية.


     أعدّ الباحث مقياس دافع الإنجاز وهو يتكون من ثلاثة أبعاد: (الشعور بالمسؤولية, المثابرة, التخطيط للمستقبل)، كما أنّه تَبنّى مقياس الجعافرة (2016) للضغوط النفسية لتحقيق أهداف البحث وقد تمّ استخراج الخصائص السيكومترية (الصدق والثبات) باستخدام الوسائل الاحصائية ومنها: (معامل ارتباط بيرسون, مربع كاي, الاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة, الاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين).


    وقد أظهرت النتائج وجود فرق دال احصائيا في دافع الإنجاز والضغوط النفسية لدى أفراد العينة, إضافة لِوجود فرق دال احصائيا بين  الذكور والإناث تبعاً لمتغيري الجنس والتخصص, مع وجود علاقة اِرتباطية بين دافع الإنجاز والضغوط النفسية.
