إشكالية الإصلاح في المغرب المعاصر

الملخص
عرف المغرب ديناميات إصلاحية عدة بعد هزيمتي منذ قرون إلى يومنا هذا، إذ برزت تحولات عديدة على مستويات مختلفة: سياسية، واقتصادية، واجتماعية، وثقافية، وكان السؤال الذي ظل مطروحا طيلة هذه المدة هو: " ما السبيل إلى تحقيق الإصلاح؟"، غير أن سؤال الإصلاح هذا، اتسم بطابع شمولي، وذلك من خلال انفتاحه على قضايا عدة، يبقى أهمها قضية حقوق الإنسان التي عرفت زخما كبيرا وحضورا مهما. وفي هذا السياق، شكلت التيارات الإصلاحية مساهما أساسيا في حركة الإصلاح المحققة في مجالات حقوق الإنسان، فانطلاقا من إسهامات النخب الفكرية المتمثلة في تأسيس ونقد ومراجعة الخطاب الاصلاحي بالمغرب، إلى انخراط منظمات المجتمع المدني في بلورة تصورات حول الإصلاح والتأثير في مساراته، يمكن القول بأن هناك أساس تكاملي في اتجاهات النخب الفكرية والمنظمات المدنية، ، ولعل هذا ما سعى إليه هذا البحث على وجه الخصوص من خلال التفصيل والتدقيق في هذه القضايا من أجل توضيح أهم الشروط الفكرية والممارسات المدنية التي تحكمت في حركة الإصلاح بالمغرب المعاصر.
