فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على أبعاد الثقافة العلمية في تنمية الأداء التدريسي لمدرسي علم الأحياء

الملخص
هدفَ البحث إلى:
1-بناء برنامج تدريبي لمدرسي علم الأحياء وفقاً لأبعاد الثقافة العلمية.
2-معرفة أثر البرنامج في: الأداء التدريسي لمدرسي علم الأحياء للصف الثاني المتوسط.
ولتحقيق هدف البحث أتبع الباحثان إجراءات المنهج الوصفي وإجراءات المنهج التجريبي، إذ أعدَّ الباحثان برنامجاً تدريبياً تضمن أهدافاً تعليمية وإعداد الأنشطة المصاحبة والوسائل التعليمية، وتحققت الباحثان من صلاحيته بعرضه على مجموعة من الخبراء والمحكمين.
إذ امتد البرنامج التدريبي من يوم الأربعاء الموافق 15/ 11/ 2023 إلى يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 28/ 11/ 2023 وبواقع جلستين استمرت كل جلسة لمدة ساعة ونصف، وقد تم تحليل البيانات ومعالجتها باستعمال الاختبار القبلي والبعدي، ومعادلة حجم الاثر(كوهين). استخدم الباحثان الحقيبة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (20- SPSS) وبرنامج (Microsoft Excel) في معالجة البيانات وبعد التحليل الاحصائي للبيانات.
أظهرت نتائج التحليل الاحصائي للبحث مايلي:
وجود فرق ذي دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين متوسط درجات مدرسي المجموعة التجريبية ومدرساتها الذين درسوا باستعمال البرنامج التدريبي في التطبيق القبلي ومتوسط درجاتهم في التطبيق البعدي لبطاقة ملاحظة الأداء التدريسي في جميع المجالات (التخطيط، التنفيذ، الخصائص الشخصية، إدارة الصف، استخدام تقنيات التعليم، وفي مجال التقويم).
من خلال نتائج البحث الحالي خرج الباحثان بمجموعة من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات والمقترحات.
