Abstract

The research seeks to address the effectiveness of a cyber training program based on the connectionist theory in fostering a technological culture among male and female computer teachers. In order to demonstrate this, the researchers utilized a one-group experimental design with both a pre- and post-test. The sample included 23 computer teachers from government schools in the General Directorate of Salah al-Din Education/Tuz Education Department. The researchers developed a measure of technological culture and successfully established its validity and reliability. Based on the study's findings, it was determined that there exists a statistically significant disparity in the average scores of male and female computer teachers in terms of technological culture.  Based on the findings, the researchers put forth a series of recommendations. These include the suggestion that the Ministries of Education focus on enhancing cultural and scientific knowledge, as well as diversifying learning resources to include both human and non-human sources.
