الملخص
يهدف البحث إلى "فاعلية برنامج تدريبي محوسب على وفق النظرية الترابطية في تنمية الثقافة التكنولوجية عند مدرسي مادة الحاسوب ومدرساتها".
وللتعرف إلى فاعليته تم الاعتماد على التصميم التجريبي ذو المجموعة الواحدة ذات الاختبار القبلي والبعدي.
تكونت العينة من (23) مدرساً ومدرسة لمادة الحاسوب في المدارس الحكومية في المديرية العامة لتربية صلاح الدين/ قسم تربية الطوز.
وأعد الباحث مقياس الثقافة التكنولوجية, وتأكد من صدقه وثباته وقوة تمييزه, وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود فرق ذي دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات مدرسي مادة الحاسوب ومدرساتها في الثقافة التكنولوجية القبلي والبعدي، ولصالح الاختبار البعدي.
وفي ضوء النتائج قدم الباحث مجموعة من التوصيات منها: ان تعمل وزارتا التربية والتعليم على تنمية ورفع المستوى الثقافي والعلمي, وتنويع مصادر التعلم ما بين المصادر البشرية غير البشرية.
وقدم مجموعة من المقترحات منها: إعداد برنامج قائم على النظرية الترابطية في تنمية مهارات حب الاستطلاع عند الطلبة, وإجراء دراسات أخرى مشابهه للبحث الحالي للوصول إلى افضل الطرائق والأساليب التي يمكن الاستعانة بها في التدريب.
