الملخص

يهدف البحث التعرف إلى اللباقة الانفعالية والسلوكيات التربوية لمدرسي المرحلة الثانوية .والتعرف أيضاً على العلاقة بينهما ، تكونت عينة البحث من( 300) مدرس ومدرسة من مدرسي المرحلة الثانوية في تربية صلاح الدين، وقد قامت الباحثات بتبني مقياس (علي،2024) للباقة الانفعالية والمكون من 36 فقرة ومقياس( الشواني،2022 ) لقياس السلوك التربوي المكون من 20 موقفا وبعد عرضها على المحكمين  وموافقتهم عليها دون حذف أو إضافة تم حساب معامل الثبات للاختبار وإعادة الاختبار (0.81)، وتم احتساب الثبات لاختبار السلوك والتفاعل التربوي باستخدام طريقة الاختبار وإعادة الاختبار (0.86)، والذي اعتبر معامل ثبات جيداً، وبعد ذلك قامتْ الباحثات باستخراج صدق الاستبانتين. قاموا بقياس المقاييس ومقارنتها، وطبقوها على عينة البحث الأساسية ومن نتائج البحث، أنَّ اللباقة الانفعالية لدى عينة البحث كانت عالية وارتفاع مستوى السلوك التربوي لدى عينة البحث ، ولا توجد فروق احصائية في متغيرات البحث تبعاً للجنس( ذكور – إناث )، وهناك علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين متغيري البحث ، وخرج البحث بعدد من التوصيات والمقترحات .
