موقف تركيا من الصراع الاذري – الارمني على اقليم ناغورنو كاراباخ 1991-1999

الملخص
يحاول البحث تسليط الضوء على موقف تركيا تجاه مشكلة ناغورنو كاراباخ ؛ والتي برزت بعد انهيار الاتحاد السوفيتي في بداية التسعينيات من القرن الماضي وحصول الجمهوريات السوفيتية على استقلالها , لا سيما ارمينيا واذربيجان عام 1991 اذ شكل الاتراك الاذريين الغالبية العظمى من سكان اذربيجان بواقع (90,3% )اما بقية السكان فهم موزعون بين الروس والارمن والديانة الرسمية لأذربيجان هي الاسلام , برز الصراع بين اذربيجان وارمينيا على ذلك الاقليم ذو الغالبية الارمينية بعد انهيار الاتحاد السوفيتي وتطور الصراع الى نزاع مسلح بين البلدين مما دفع تركيا الى الانخراط بشكل فعال الى جانب اذربيجان في بداية الصراع بسبب رغبتها في الحفاظ على نفوذها وعلاقاتها المتميزة مع اذربيجان في بعدها القومي والسياسي ، فضلا عن رغبتها في اظهار دورها المباشر كقوة اقليمية مؤثرة بشكل فعال في تلك المنطقة ، كذلك توصل البحث الى نتيجة مهمة هي ان تركيا ولأسباب تتصل بالروابط العرقية والثقافية والتاريخية مع اذربيجان , فضلا عن دوافعها الاستراتيجية ، تدخلت بشكل مباشر لمساندة الاذر في كل المواقف التي تتصل بالنزاع حول ذلك الاقليم , وقد اثر موقف تركيا الداعم والمساند لأذربيجان في صراعها مع ارمينيا بشأن الاقليم بشكل كبير على مجريات الاحداث في تلك المنطقة . توصل البحث الى نتيجة مهمة ، وهي ان تركيا لم تشترك بشكل مباشر في بداية الصراع، الا ان ذلك الموقف تغير بعد ذلك بشكل كبير عن طريق تقديم الدعم والمساعدة لأذربيجان في صراعها مع ارمينيا بشأن الاقليم ، وان الموقف التركي اثر بشكل كبير على مجريات الاحداث لاحقاً .
