فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قام على عادات العقل في تنمية مهارات التواصل الرياضي لدى معلمي ومعلمات مادة الرياضيات

الملخص
يهدف البحث الحالي التعرف الى فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على عادات العقل في تنمية مهارات التواصل الرياضي لدى معلمي ومعلمات مادة الرياضيات ، واعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج الوصفي لبناء البرنامج التدريبي ، واستخدمت المنهج التجريبي للكشف عن فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي القام على عادات العقل في تنمية مهارات التواصل الرياضي ، وتكون مجتمع البحث من معلمي ومعلمات مادة الرياضيات في المدارس الابتدائية التابعة لمديرية تربية صلاح الدين / قسم تربية تكريت ، اما عينة البحث بلغت (30 ) معلمة ومعلمة ، واعدت الباحثة اختبار التواصل الرياضي المكون من (25 ) موقف تدريبي موزع على خمس مهارات وهي ( المناقشة ، الكتابة ، القراءة ، الاصغاء ، التمثيل ) ، وطبقت الباحثة بنفسها تجربة البحث ، وبعد جمع البيانات وتحليلها باستخدام الوسائل الاحصائية المناسبة ، ظهرت النتائج على وجود فرق دال احصائياً بين متوسطات درجات مجموعة التدريب الذين خضعوا لبرنامج التدريب في مهارات التواصل الرياضي .
