الملخص

يعد الإنتاج الحيواني جزءًا أساسي في القطاع الزراعي، اذ يساهم بشكل كبير بتوفير الغذاء. وتحظى تربية الدواجن بأهمية خاصة في هذا السياق، وتم إجراء دراسة ميدانية شاملة لـ(191) مزرعة لتربية الدواجن في محافظة صلاح الدين خلال عام 2022. وقد تبين أن (149) مزرعة تنتج دجاج اللحم، تكثر في قضاء تكريت بنسبة(26.84٪)، بينما تنتج (40) مزرعة بيض المائدة، وتكثر ايضا في قضاء تكريت بنسبة(27.5٪.) وتخلو من مشاريع تربية أمهات بيض التفقيس إلا في قضاء سامراء بمعدل (2) مزرعة، وقد توصلت الدراسة الى وجود فائض غذائي في منتجات اللحوم يفوق النمو السكاني على عكس انتاج البيض الذي تبين وجود عجز غذائي كبير ويتم سد النقص الحاصل عن طريق الاستيراد من الخارج. وقد كانت الطاقة الفعلية لهذه المشاريع أقل من الطاقة الاستيعابية، حيث بلغت الطاقة الفعلية لمشاريع تربية الدجاج اللاحم (2,266,039) دجاجة، وكانت أعلى طاقة فعلية في قضاء تكريت (758,650) دجاجة، بنسبة (33.5%). توفرت الايدي العاملة في هذه المشاريع وبلغ (326) عاملا في مشاريع دجاج اللحم وبنسبة (80%)، وفي مشاريع بيض المائدة (79.5) عاملا بنسبة (19.5%) منهم ذكور وفي مشروع أمهات البيض (4) عمال وبنسبة (1%). وأكبر كمية لإنتاج لحم الدجاج في قضاء تكريت بمقدار (11835200) طن، أما أكبر كمية لإنتاج بيض المائدة فكان في قضاء تكريت وعددها (1314) مليون بيضة لعام 2022.
