العلاقة بين نمط الملكية ومستوى الحرية في الصحف العراقية (دراسة تحليلية) للصحف العراقية (المدى الزمان الصباح)

الملخص
سعى الباحث الى معرفة طبيعة ومدى اثر نمط ملكية الصحف العراقية على مستوى هامش الحرية التي تتمتع بها هذه الصحف من خلال تناول القضايا مثار الاهتمام للجمهور والصحف في آن واحد مع الاخذ بنظر الاعتبار بانه قد تم اجراء ضبط منهجي محدد في ما يأتي اختيار ثلاث صحف عراقية لثلاث اشكال من انماط الملكية ( صحيفة حزبية وصحيفة خاصة وصحيفة شبه حكومية ) ، من خلال عينة مكونة من (90) مقال وعمود صحفي في الصحف الثلاث محل الدراسة ، وقد استخدم الباحث الصحيفة التحليلية للوصول الى نتائج الدراسة والتي كان من اهمها ، تنوع المواضيع في المقالات التي تناولت الصحف محل الدراسة من حيث جاءت المواضيع السياسية بالمرتبة الاولى بنسبة 50% من مجموع عينة الدراسة والبالغة (90) عمود صحفي ، في حين جاءت المواضيع الثقافية بالمرتبة الثانية بنسبة 16.5% من مجموع عينة الدراسة ، اما المرتبة الثالثة فقد كانت من نصيب المواضيع الاقتصادية بنسبة 15% ، اما من حيث الاساليب المستخدمة قبل الصحف الثلاث محل الدراسة في اساليب البرهنة فقد جاء الاسلوب الموحد بالمرتبة الاولى بنسبة 33.3% من العينة البالغة (90) واسلوب الوقائع بالمرتبة الثانية بنسبة 23% ، اما المرتبة الثالثة فقد جاء الاسلوب التندري بالمرتبة الثالثة بنسبة 21% من العينة ، اما عن الكيفية التي تقوم بها الصحف في عرض المواضيع التي تتناولها في اعمدتها الصحفية ، فقد جاء الاسلوب التصاعدي بالمرتبة الاولى بنسبة 50% من عينة الدراسة البالغة (90) عمود صحفي ، والاسلوب التنازلي بالمرتبة الثانية بنسبة 21% ، اما عن اثر نمط ملكية الصحف على درجة اتساق الاعمدة الصحفية مع سياسة الحكومة ، فقد جاءت نسبة اتساق المواضيع المطروحة في الاعمدة الصحفية بنسبة 13% ، في حين جاءت نسبة عدد الاعمدة الصحفية غير المتسقة مع طروحات الحكومة حيال المواضيع المطروحة فقد جاءت بنسبة 50% من مجموع عينة الدراسة .
