السياسة الاقتصادية لحكومة الحزب الديمقراطي واثرها على الاوضاع الاجتماعية في تركيا 1950 ــــــ 1960

الملخص
يهدف البحث الى دراسة السياسة الاقتصادية التي تبناها الحزب الديمقراطي خلال مدة حكمه تركيا في المدة ( 1950 ـــــــ 1960 ) ، وركز بشكل خاص على الاثار الاجتماعية الناجمة عن تنفيذ تلك السياسات الاقتصادية ، وتبين من خلال البحث ان تلك البرامج الاقتصادية كانت عبارة عن اصلاحات اهتمت بالمظهر فقط دون الجوهر ، واستفادت منها طبقات بعينها ، دون ان تشمل المشاكل الحقيقية وفئات الشعب التركي كافة ، فضلا عن سوء التخطيط والاعتماد على القروض الخارجية مما اثقل كاهل الاقتصاد التركي ، وخلص البحث الى نتيجة ، وهي اخفاق حكومة الحزب الديمقراطي في معالجة المشاكل التي كان الاقتصاد التركي يعاني منها ، وعدم التمكن من النهوض بالواقع الاقتصادي ، وذلك ما انعكس بشكل كبير على الفئات ذات الدخل المحدود ، التي عانت من غلاء المعيشة ومحدودية الدخل ، فضلا عن التضخم الذي اضعف بشكل كبير قيمة الليرة التركية ، وذلك ما ادى بالتالي الى قيام اول انقلاب عسكري في تركيا ، اطاح بحكومة الحزب الديمقراطي في عام 1960 ، واشر نهاية الحياة السياسية للحزب وقادته في تركيا.
