التحليل المكاني لمقومات التنمية الزراعية في ريف قضاء الكرمة

الملخص
تعد التنمية الزراعية إحدى أهم الوسائل التي يمكن أن تساهم في التقليل من ظاهرة العجز الغذائي، وتركز سياسة التنمية الزراعية على أن تكون كافة الإمكانات والبرامج منظمه في برنامج موحد للتنمية لغرض تنمية القطاع الزراعي وإقامة المؤسسات لخدمة الإنتاج الموجه نحو السوق وتنظيم حيازة الأرض وتحسين مستوى الدخل.
ولهذا كان الهدف الرئيس من هذه البحث هو دراسة وتحليل أهم المقومات الطبيعية والبشرية والدور الذي تؤديه تلك المقومات في تنمية هذا القطاع بعد الوقوف على أبرز المعوقات والمحددات التي تعيق تنمية الأراضي الزراعية، اذ تنعكس اثار التنمية الزراعية على تجاوز العقبات التي تحول دون زيادة الانتاج الزراعي كما ونوعا من خلال دراسة الظروف والعوامل المحيطة بالمنطقة وعلاقتها بالإنتاج الزراعي للوصول الى الاستثمار الأمثل، كان من اسباب اختيار قضاء الكرمة كونه يتميز بإمكانيات زراعية تؤهله للتوسع الزراعي في انتاج المحاصيل الزراعية، لاسيما محاصيل الحبوب الذي تشتهر به المنطقة على مستوى محافظة الانبار، اذ تحتل المرتبة الاولى من حيث المساحة والانتاج.
