الملخص

يهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على مستوى الطفو الاكاديمي والكفاءة العاطفية لدى طلبة الجامعة. ومعرفة الفروق ذات الدلالة الاحصائية في مستوى الطفو الاكاديمي  لدى طلبة الجامعة  تبعاً لمتغيري الجنس والتخصص. معرفة الفروق ذات الدلالة الاحصائية في مستوى الكفاءة العاطفية لدى طلبة الجامعة  تبعا لمتغيري الجنس والتخصص . العلاقة الارتباطية  بين الطفو الاكاديمي و والكفاءة العاطفية لدى طلبة الجامعة.  ولتحقيق أهداف البحث قام الباحث  بأعداد مقياس الطفو الاكاديمي وتبني مقياس الكفاءة العاطفية ، وباستعمال الوسائل الاحصائية الآتية (  مربع كاي ، الاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة ، الاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين ) .وتضمنت عينة الدراسة (300) طالبٍ وطالبةٍ  وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة ما يأتي : تتمتع عينة البحث بمستوى من الطفو الاكاديمي والكفاءة العاطفية، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية للطفو الاكاديمي تبعاً لمتغير الجنس (ذكور, إناث)، ولصالح الذكور، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية للطفو الاكاديمي تبعاً لمتغير التخصص ( انساني, علمي )، ولصالح التخصص العلمي، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية للكفاءة العاطفية تبعاً لمتغير الجنس ( ذكور, إناث) ، ولصالح الاناث .وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية للمثابرة تبعاً لمتغير التخصص ( علمي, إنساني)، ولصالح التخصص العلمي، وجود علاقة ايجابية بين الطفو الاكاديمي و والكفاءة العاطفية .
