الإبداع الإرشادي وعلاقتة بالكفاءة المهنية لدى المرشدين التربويين

الملخص
سعى البحث الحالي التعرف على مستوى الابداع الارشادي وعلاقتة بالكفاءة المهنية لدى المرشدين التربويين, والتعرف على الفروق في الابداع الارشادي وعلاقتة بالكفاءة المهنية تبعا لمتغير (التحصيل الدراسي, وسنوات الخدمة, والجنس ذكور- اناث), وتكونت عينة البحث من (180) مرشداً ومرشدة موزعين على المدارس المشمولين بالارشاد التربوي على ملاك المديرية العامة لتربية كركوك, وقام الباحث باعداد المقياس الابداع الارشادي المكون من (56) فقرة واعتمد على مقياس الابداع الارشادي المعد من قبل ارنوط (2019) تألف من (57) فقرة, ومقياس الكفاءه المهنية المعد من قبل ابي عقيل 2019 (41) فقرة, و المغاري 2018 (45) فقرة, و الجنديل 2017(36) فقرة, اوقد تم التحقق من الصدق الظاهري والبنائي لاداتي البحث بعرضة على الخبراء, كما تم حساب القوة التمييزية له وتم حساب الثبات بطريقة اعادة الاختبار, وقد عولجت البيانات احصائيا باستخدام الحقيبة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية ( SPSS) فضلاً عن استخدام عدد من الوسائل الاحصائية الاخرى, وتوصل الباحثان الى النتائج التالية:-
يتمتع المرشدون بمستوى جيد من الابداع الارشادي و بمستوى عال من الكفاءة المهنية, وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين الذكور والاناث في الابداع الارشادي و لصالح الذكور, و في الكفاءة المهنية و لصالح الاناث, وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين سنوات الخدمة والتحصيل الدراسي.
