الملخص
يهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على:1_ مستوى فاعلية الذات لدى تدريسي الجامعة. 2_ الفروق ذات الدلالة الاحصائية في فاعلية الذات وفقا لمتغير الجنس (ذكور، اناث) والتخصص (علمي، انساني). وتحقيقاً لأهداف البحث قامت الباحثة بإعداد مقياس ( فاعلية الذات)، المكون من (41) فقرة ولكل فقرة (5) بدائل، وقد طبقت الباحثة الاداة على عينة البحث التي اختيرت عشوائياً والمكونة من (300) تدريسي وتدريسية، وقد أظهرت نتائج البحث أن تدريسي الجامعة لديهم مستوى عال من فاعلية الذات، وليس هناك فروقاً ذات دلالة احصائية تبعاً لمتغير الجنس والتخصص.
