الملخص
يهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على
(اساليب التفكير لدى معلمي المدارس الابتدائية ) ومعرفة الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في أساليب التفكير تبعا لمتغيري الجنس (ذكور- اناث). والفروع ( علمي-انساني ).
تكون مجتمع البحث الحالي من معلمي محافظة صلاح الدين – الشرقاط- بيجي للعام الدراسي2022_ 2023 والبالغ عددهم (2848) بواقع (1470) ذكور.و (1378) اناث. حيث بلغ عدد المدارس الابتدائية في القضائين (351) مدرسة. وقد تضمنت عينة الدراسة (300) معلم ومعلمة. ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة تبنى الباحث مقياس اساليب التفكير, وتم التحقق من صدق المقياس باعتماد ( صدق المحتوى- الصدق الظاهري-الصدق المنطقي-الصدق البناء). ومن ثم تم حساب القوة التمييزية لفقرات المقياس بثبات (0.86) في طريقة الفا كرو نباخ. و(0.75) في طريقة اعادة الاختبار. وقد عولجت البيانات إحصائيا باستعمال الحقيبة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (spss) أظهرت النتائج درجة متوسطة من أساليب التفكير لدى معلمي المدارس الابتدائية. توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متغيري الجنس (ذكور- اناث ). ولصالح الاناث. وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات افراد العينة على مقياس أساليب التفكير تبعا لمتغير التخصص (العلمي_ الانساني)ولصالح الإنساني.
