الملخص
يهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على:
1- درجة ممارسة الابداع الإداري لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية من وجهة نظر المدرسين.
2- الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في الابداع الإداري لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية من وجهة نظر المدرسين تبعاً لمتغير الجنس (ذكور _ اناث).
3- الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في الابداع الإداري لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية من وجهة نظر المدرسين تبعا لمتغير سنوات الخدمة ( 5-1سنوات) ( 10-6سنوات) ( 10سنوات فما).
وقد تكون مجتمع البحث من مدرسي المدارس الثانوية وتألفت عينة البحث من ((200 مدرس ومدرسة، وقامت الباحثة ببناء مقياس مكون من خمس بدائل هي (دائما، غالبا، أحيانا، نادرا، ابدا) للإبداع الإداري تكون بصيغته النهائية من (25) فقرة، مستخدمة الباحثة الوسائل الإحصائية المتمثلة بتحليل التباين الأحادي، الاختبار التائي، اختبار شيفيه، معامل ارتباط بيرسون، طريقة إعادة الاختبار، وقد توصلت الباحثة الى مجموعة من النتائج وهي:
- ان درجة ممارسة الابداع الإداري لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية من وجه نظر المدرسين جاء بدرجة متوسطة.
- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الابداع الإداري لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية من وجهة نظر المدرسين تبعا لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الذكور.
توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية من وجهة نظر المدرسين تبعا لمتغير سنوات الخدمة ولصالح الفئة من (5-1) سنوات.
