Abstract

The current research aims to identify:



  1. The dominant supervisory behavior pattern (democratic, authoritarian) among educational supervisors from the point of view of primary school teachers

  2. Statistically significant differences in supervisory behavior patterns according to the gender variable (male, female).

  3. Statistically significant differences in supervisory behavior patterns according to the educational qualification variable of primary school teachers (diploma, bachelor's, postgraduate studies).


The results showed the following:



  1. The dominant supervisory behavior pattern is authoritarian among educational supervisors from the point of view of primary school teachers.

  2. There are statistically significant differences in supervisory behavior patterns according to the gender variable in favor of males.


There are statistically significant differences in the patterns of supervisory behavior according to the educational qualification variable
