أنماط السلوك الإشرافي لدى المشرفين التربويين في محافظة كركوك

الملخص
يهدف البحث الحالي الى التعرف على:
- نمط السلوك الاشرافي (ديمقراطي، تسلطي) لدى المشرفين التربويين من وجهة نظر معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية.
- الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في أنماط السلوك الاشرافي تبعاً لمتغير الجنس (ذكور، اناث).
- الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في أنماط السلوك الاشرافي تبعاً لمتغير المؤهل العلمي لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية (دبلوم، بكالوريوس، شهادة عليا).
وتألفت عينة البحث الاجمالية من (750) معلما ومعلمه منهم (400) أساسية و (300) عينة تمييزية و (30) عينة الثبات و (20) عينة استطلاعية في مديرية تربية محافظة كركوك للعام الدراسي (2022-2023) وتحقيقاً لأهداف البحث قامت الباحثة ببناء مقياس لأنماط السلوك الاشرافي مكون من (40) فقرة منهم (20) سلوك تسلطي و(20) سلوك ديمقراطي، واعتمدت الباحثة التحقق من هدف المقياس وصلاحية المقياس على الصدق الظاهري، وفي ضوء المؤشرات الإحصائية التي تم الحصول عليها من إجراءات تمييز الفقرات والاتساق الداخلي لها في حين استخرج معامل الثبات باستعمال طريقة إعادة اختبار بلغت قيمتها (0.81)، وبعد تطبيق المقياس أظهرت النتائج:
- ان نمط السلوك الاشرافي السائد هو تسلطي لدى المشرفين التربويين من وجهة نظر معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية.
- هناك فروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في أنماط السلوك الاشرافي تبعاً لمتغير الجنس لصالح الذكور.
- هناك فروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في أنماط السلوك الاشرافي تبعاً لمتغير المؤهل العلمي لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية (دبلوم، بكالوريوس، شهادة عليا).
- العلاقة الارتباطية بين أنماط السلوك الاشرافي لدى المشرفين التربويين من وجهة نظر المعلمين في المرحلة الابتدائية في محافظة كركوك كان مع السلوك التسلطي طردي وفي السلوك الديمقراطي عكسي.
