تشكيل حكومة التناوب في المغرب عام 1998

الملخص
يسلط هذا البحث الضوء على حكومة التناوب عام 1998 التي تعد نقلة ديمقراطية هامة في تاريخ المغرب المعاصر، اذ لأول مرة منذ الاستقلال تصل الى رئاسة الحكومة المغربية احزاب المعارضة ، بعد عدة حوارات ومفاوضات بين الملك الحسن الثاني من جانب واحزاب الكتلة الديمقراطية من جانب اخر استمرت منذ عام 1992 لغاية عام 1998 تم التوصل الى توافق على تشكيل الحكومة من قبل الكتلة الديمقراطية التي مثلت اغلب احزاب المعارضة برئاسة عبد الرحمن اليوسفي الذي تمكن بعد سلسلة من المفاوضات مع الاحزاب السياسية من تشكيل حكومة مكونة من اربعين وزارة بمشاركة ستة احزاب سياسية ، وقد حظت تلك التشكيلة الحكومية بقبول وتأييد اغلب الاحزاب السياسية ، فضلا عن الملك الحسن الثاني الداعم الرئيسي لفكرة حكومة التناوب ، وقد استطاع عبد الرحمن اليوسفي من الحصول على الثقة من قبل البرلمان على برنامج حكومته بالأغلبية القوي السياسية ، لتكون تلك الحكومة نقطة الانطلاق نحو تحقيق تحول ديمقراطي حقيقي في المغرب.
