الملخص
الهوس هو تلك الصياغات المتكررة أو العنيدة أو المرضية أو العنيفة للإيديولوجيات أو الموروثات أو الأيديولوجيات التي تكون مدفوعة أو معادية أو متكافئة أو تريد أو تريد ، أو موجهة وموجهة نحو "تجذير" (غرس ، زراعة) فكرة حداثية في التراث أو الذات أو الشخصية. هنا سنستخدم هذا المصطلح في مناقشة. من القضايا المهمة الهوس بالهوية والبحث عن الانتماء الحقيقي للشعوب التي جربت لغة الهوس بالتمييز عن الهويات الأخرى.
لذا هناك علاقة لا جدال فيها بين توسع المجال الاتصالي والتداولي الموازي للحقل المتبادل ، وانتشار قيم التسامح والاعتدال ، وانحسار مستوى التعصب ، وانتشار قيم التسامح والاعتدال. وقد لوحظ هذا بوضوح على مستوى القرى والبلدات والعواصم والمدن. يتم ملاحظتها بشكل أكثر وضوحًا في البيئات التعليمية والعلمية ، ومنظمات المجتمع المدني ، والمؤسسات العامة ، في أوقات السلم والاستقرار السياسي.
