التــنـــاص الــديني في شعر القاضي الفاضـــــل

الملخص
عبد الرحمن البيساني المعروف بالقاضي الفاضل ( ت596هـ) ،كاتب وشاعر نال منزلة عظيمة في مصر ولا سيما في عهد صلاح الدين الايوبي فكان الوزير ، والكاتب الـﺬي ترأس ديوان الانشاء في العصر الايوبي وقد اضحى ﺬلك الديوان مؤسسة ادبية كبيرة في عهده ، تعددت الوان الكتابة الانشائية فيها
لم يقتصر نتاج الفاضل على المكاتبات الانشائية وهي الصورة التي عرف بها بل كان يخوض في مجال الشعر ، فنظم قصائده في أغراض شعرية مختلفة تاركاً لنا ديواناً شعرياً كبيراً جمعه احمد بدوي بمجلدين، وقد حرصنا على دراسة شعر القاضي الفاضل الـﺬي لم يحظَ بالدراسات التي حظيت بها مكاتباته النثرية ، فكان التناص الديني معلما شاخصا في نظمه الشعري فعمدنا على ولوج هـﺬا الجانب الادبي ، لاسيما وان القران الكريم شكل مصدرا مهما من مصادر ثقافة الفاضل ، فتناولنا التناص اللفظي مع القرآن الكريم في شعره، فكان التناص اللفظي ، والجملي ، وتناص الكلمة المفردة ، كـﺬلك تضمن البحث التناص الديني مع الحديث الشريف لفظاً ، أو معنى كما يوقفنا تناص القاضي الفاضل على استدعاء شخصيات ورموز دينية ، اثرنا على ابرازها في صفحات بحثنا هـﺬا ، وسينهض البحث على تفصيل القول في كل المحاور السابقة
