الملخص
الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين...وبعد:
فقد بدأ الإمام القرافي كلامه ببيان مشروعية مصارف الصدقات بقوله: وأعلم أن مصارف العشر والزكاة هو ما يتلى في كتاب الله عز وجل الذين تضمنتهم آية الصدقات في قوله تعالى ﭽ ﮠ ﮡ ﮢ ﮣ ﮤ ﮥ ﮦ ﮧ ﮨ ﮩ ﮪ ﮫ ﮬ ﮭ ﮮ ﮯ ﮰﮱ ﯓ ﯔ ﯕﯖ ﯗ ﯘ ﯙ ﯚﭼ (التوبة: 60) ([i]).
وتضمن البحث مطلبين الأول مصارف الصدقات، والمطلب الثاني أصناف الزكاة، وقد تطرقنا الى آراء العلماء بصرف الزكاة إلى صنف أو اكثر. وبينا ما يشترط في العامل، من حيث الحرية فلا يستعمل عليها عبد. كذلك العدالة حيث تشمل شرط العدالة المكلف بجبايتها. وأن يكون مسلماً، هذا ما تضمنه البحث الحالي
