Spending alms in the Book of Ammunition for al-Qarafi (d.684 AH / 1285 CE)

Abstract
Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and companions ... and after: Was Imam Quraafi his statement began the legality of the banks of charity, saying: I know that the ten banks and zakat is recited in the Book of Allah the Almighty who pool listed verse charity in the verse: (but alms to the poor and the needy and the workers on whose hearts and in the necks and Debtors in the way of Allah and the wayfarer A necessity from God, and God is All-Knowing, Wise) (At-Tawbah / 60). The research included two requirements: the first is the disbursement of alms, and the second is the types of zakat. We have dealt with the scholars ’opinions of spending zakat to one or more categories. And we explained what is required of the worker, in terms of freedom, that a slave should not be used for it. As well as justice, which includes the requirement of justice in charge of collecting it. And to be a Muslim, this is what the current research implied.
