الوجود النفسي وعلاقته بالتنظيم الذاتي لدى طالبات كلية التربية للبنات

الملخص
سعى الباحث إلى معرفة المتغيرات التي من شأنها شرح مستويات الوجود النفسي لطالبات كلية التربية من خلال اهتمامه بدراسة واقع الشباب. ومحاولة الخروج باستراتيجيات مبنية على دراسات علمية وتهتم بالتنظيم الذاتي وقدرات الأفراد على توجيه سلوكهم وضبطه مما يحقق العديد من الأهداف وفي كافة المجالات التربوية والاجتماعية والنفسية للقيام بالدراسة الحالية للوجود النفسي وعلاقته بالتنظيم الذاتي لدى طلاب كلية التربية. وهدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على: الوجود النفسي لدى طالبات كلية التربية للبنات. والوجود النفسي لدى طلبة الجامعة حسب متغير التخصص (علمي ,انساني). وتنظيم الذات لدى طالبات كلية التربية للبنات . وتنظيم الذات لدى طالبات كلية التربية حسب متغير التخصص (علمي ,انساني) العلاقة الارتباطية بين الوجود النفسي و تنظيم الذات لدى طالبات كلية التربية للبنات.
تكونت عينة البحث من (120) طالبة تم اختيارهن بصورة عشوائية ولتحقيق أهداف البحث قام الباحث بأعداد مقياس الوجود النفسي الذي تكون من (25) فقره ،ومقياس تنظيم الذات المكون من (46) فقرة واستخراج الخصائص الاحصائية للمقياس وكذلك استخرج الخصائص السيكومترية كالصدق والثبات للمقاييس حيث بلغ معامل ثبات مقياس الوجود النفسي بطريقة إعادة الاختبار (0.78) اما مقياس تنظيم الذات فقد بلغ معامل الثبات له بطريقة إعادة الاختبار (0.68)، وقد توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج من ابرزها ان طالبات كلية التربية للبنات يتمتعن بوجود نفسي جيد، كما دلت على عدم وجود فرق دال احصائياً بين التخصصين العلمي والإنساني كما دلت النتائج ان طالبات كلية التربية للبنات لديهم تنظيم ذات و يوجد فرق دال احصائيا حسب متغير والتخصص في مستوى تنظيم الذات واخيراً أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ايجابيه بين متغيري الدراسة الوجود النفسي وتنظيم الذات وفي ضوء ما توصل اليه الباحث من نتائج قدم مجموعة من الاستنتاجات والمقترحات.
