تأثير التنمية المكانية على مظاهر الحرمان في محافظة كركوك

الملخص
تتميز التنمية المكانية للمدن بالاستمرارية دون انقطاع وتنظيم استخدام الموارد الطبيعية لمنطقة الدراسة، فضلاً عن تحقيق التوازن في البيئة الحضرية من خلال تنمية مكوناتها من أجل تحقيق الأهداف التنموية. ولقد بينت الدراسة بأن هناك تبايناً في محافظة كركوك من حيث التركز السكاني والأنشطة الاقتصادية والصناعية والزراعية والبنى الارتكازية كمشاريع الإسكان والماء الصافي والمجاري والطرق، إذ نلاحظها تتركز في مركز قضاء كركوك بينما نلاحظ تتذبذب الاعداد السكانية في كل من قضاء الدبس وداقوق وانتشار مظاهر الفقر والحرمان فيها، وهذا ناتج من وجود خلل في سياسات التنمية المكانية والأقليمية للمشاريع التنموية وعدم توازنها، ومن ثم توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة المقترحات التي تسهم في إعادة التوازن في المشاريع والخدمات التي من شأنها تنمية وتطوير مختلف الوحدات الإدارية لمحافظة كركوك .
