Abstract

The study examines answers to the questions taken by Abdul Rahman bin Ahmed al-Ansari Al-Shafei (t: 1123 Ah) about divorce. The study relies heavily upon different sources related to this issue and thus articulate and define some terms. The importance of the study springs from the need to highlight certain aspects and divorce and its rules.
