الملخص
حققت جزءا مخطوطا من الأجوبة المنبسطة على الأسئلة الملتقطة لعبد الرحمن بن أحمد الأنصاري الشافعي(ت: 1123ه) من زيادي مسألة: حلف بالطلاق ثلاثاً إلى الجواب: يقع كالحالف الطلاق (دراسة وتحقيق وتعليق) حيث تكون البحث من تحقيق بعض المسائل الواردة في هذا البحث، ثم خرجت الأحاديث الموجودة في هذا البحث، وقد قمت بالإحالة إلى الكتب المذكورة في هذا البحث، وعرفت ايضاً الاعلام الواردة فيه، وقمت ببيان بعض المصطلحات التي تحتاج إلى تعريف ليتسنى للقارئ معرفتها، وختمت البحث بخاتمة والهوامش، ثم المصادر والمراجع .
