Abstract

The study investigated the part of the manuscript of the answers derived from the questions taken by Abdul Rahman bin Ahmed bin Abdul Rahman al-Ansari Al-Shafei (t: 1123 Ah) The research examines some of the issues related to divorce with reference to some terms that need to be defined so that the reader could comprehend them.
