Abstract

Abd al-Rahman al-Bisani, known as Al-Qadi Al-Fadil (d. 596 AH), was a writer and poet who attained great stature in Egypt, especially during the era of Salah al-Din al-Ayyubi.

Al-Fadil’s output was not limited to the structural correspondence, which is the image in which he was known, but he was delving into the field of poetry.  In prose, religious intertextuality was a prominent teacher in his poetic system, so we proceeded to access this literary aspect, especially since the Holy Qur’an was an important source of the culture of the Al-Fadil , so we dealt with verbal intertextuality with the Holy Qur’an in his poetry.  The religious intertextuality with the noble hadith in wording or meaning, as the intertextuality of the Al-Faddil judge stops us from summoning religious figures and symbols, we have preferred to highlight them in the pages of this research, and the research will be based on the detail of the saying in all the previous axes.
