Abstract

The aim of the research is to know the effect of a realistic model in teaching the subject of teaching methods to students of the third stage, the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences, and the development of their educational attitudes and motivation. The research community is the third stage/Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences/University of Tikrit. The research sample consists of (49) students from the third stage students who are intentionally selected. The sample is divided into two experimental groups and a control group: - The experimental group consists of (25) students who studied according to a realistic model A control group consists of (24) students who studied according to the usual method. Parity was made between the two groups in some variables such as (chronological age, previous achievement, intelligence level, parents' academic achievement), which the researcher believes can affect the dependent variables with the independent variables.
