Abstract
The research seeks to read the textual thresholds of the short-story collection (The Adventures of Sindbab) by the story-teller Ahmad Jarallah Yassin, i.e, the collection cover, its main title, sub-titles, and opening phrases, and these are not all the textual thresholds in this story collection, but they are most important. The research tries to investigate these thresholds and determine the forms of their construction, and an indicator for each threshold distinguish them.
