Abstract

The education is considered as the gateway to the comprehensive development in any community of human beings . where success of development in any country depends on the quality of pedagogical education and its efficiency . The Basic aim of education is to development of human capacity and build system of acquaintances, efficiency and skill .It is not only help to provide information technology- reading, writing, science, mathematics – it allows also opportunity to explore the self-enrichment of self. Where these Knowledge can and realize individuals increasing his status in the world and in the community to achieve their desires and potential in more effectively and increase the ability of individuals to enjoy healthy lifestyles and give birth to a desired number of children and spacing between births and do what kind of word they want to do . therefore , we conducted then modest research on the impact of education on the population situation in Tikrit . and to stand on direct impact in various demographic aspects , social , economic and Educational .
