Abstract

Studying the special conceptual and useful system of deliberative theory, attempts to establish two poles of linguistic study through the idea of (center and margin) in the language. The deliberative destination represents a foundational starting point in that it is a natural development  that is different from the previous linguistic schools, especially the structural school. The deliberative process is considered a contemporary central concept, while the other remained in the margins of the linguistic study.  The position of the statement and its feature alongside importance are deliberately  enjoyed as it witnessed the transition on the linguistic level from the unified structure to the context and use, from the uniqueness in the reception to the multiplicity of understanding, from abstraction in mind to the perceived intentionality of the meaning of the text. Being deliberative with this new linguistic attempt is contrary to the principle of pronouncement of spoken tongue as  it is a unique guide and one explicit destination that  one does not realize the meaning only through it.
