Main Article Content
Abstract
This research aims to identify (the effect of Adelson's model in developing deductive thinking skills among fourth grade science students in Islamic education) and to verify the research objective, the researcher adopted the experimental design with partial control, and the research tool was the deductive thinking test, which consisted of (12) multiple-choice paragraphs that were applied before and after the experiment. The study sample consisted of (60) students from Ibn Al-Atheer Secondary School affiliated to the Salah Al-Din Education Directorate, Science Education Department, and was chosen intentionally. The sample was divided into two groups, experimental and control. The experimental group studied according to Adelson's model and their number was (30) students, and the control group studied according to the usual method and they were (30) students. The researcher rewarded the students of the two groups in the following variables (intelligence, previous achievement, chronological age in months, parents' achievement). He used the statistical bag to reach the results of his research. It was found that there was a difference and superiority of students in the experimental group who were taught using Adelson's model over students in the control research group who were taught using the method The usual test of deductive thinking skills.
