The Authenticity of Arabic Language: Between the Glorious Past and the Bright Future
Main Article Content
Abstract
Arabic language has a significant importance due to its ancient origins and continuous development, enabling it to effectively convey a wide range of theoretical disciplines, philosophical ideologies, and literary expressions. Its significance was further elevated when it became the language of the Islamic faith, since the Holy Qur'an was revealed in this language. Arabic is a highly adaptable language, characterized by its extensive lexicon that readily incorporates loanwords and generates neologisms from them. While some languages are now becoming extinct, Arabic has managed to adapt to global developments and maintain its prestige. It is expected that Arabic will continue to thrive in the future, just as it did in the past.
