Abstract
This research aims at the effectiveness of an educational program based on the visual approach in developing classroom interaction among students of the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences. The researchers intentionally chose the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences in the College of Education for Humanities, University of Tikrit to represent the research community, then chose the third stage. The research sample amounted to (163) male and female students. and the sex variable). The researchers prepared the classroom interaction scale, in its final form, consisting of (39) items. The researchers verified its validity and stability. The researchers used statistical methods, including (the t-test for two independent samples). After analyzing the results statistically, the researchers concluded the following: there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance ( 0.05) between the mean scores of the students of the two research groups in the classroom interaction scale, in favor of the experimental group. As an extension and completion of the research, the researchers suggested conducting a number of studies, including the effectiveness of an educational program based on the visual approach in acquiring the concepts of measurement and evaluation subject among educational and psychological students in developing their mathematical thinking.
