Types of Murder Crimes and their Causes (a field study in the Sulaymaniyah city)

Abstract
Opening words: Crime, murder crime, purpos-murdering, Semi-intentional murder, wrongful (accidental) murder.
The study is the descriptive one, conducted with content analysis that consists of an introduction and the theoretical framework of the study. The researcher tried to explain the importance of study, study problems, study goals, and conducting approaches, methods of study. The practical framework of the study is the second part that includes of the samples of the study, that consists of (130) murderer (118) male and (12) female, from adult correctional/ men and women sections in Sulaymaniya city, which have been chosen by comprehensive-survey method.
