Abstract

The research deals with obstacles of social and political change - a sociological study of the Iraqi social reality. The problem of the research was represented in the extent of the reflection of impediments to change on the political and social change of Iraqi society through adopting a sociological study of the Iraqi social reality. The aim of the research is to identify the obstacles to social change and the concepts associated with it. To know the nature of the obstacles to political and social change in Iraqi society. And to identify the relationship of political obstacles and external regional links to political and social change. Knowing the role of obstacles that have tribal roots in political and social change. Knowing the impact of economic obstacles on political and social change. Standing on the role of administrative and financial corruption On political and social change and its reflection on political and social stability, the research reached several results, the most important of which are: There is a set of political, social and security factors and the intertwining of internal and external complexity, which makes many obstacles to political and social change in the Iraqi scene. The tribal system and the clans shaped Iraqi society and contributed to effective roles that gave birth to sectarianism and quotas, and contributed to the changes that took place at different stages in the history of Iraq, whether social or political. The growing role of the clans is one of the most important social problems that affect the structural composition of the state of Iraq. Represented by the strangeness of the circumstances, the changed scene, and the rapid events that all Iraqi squares witnessed for the ninth of April (two thousand and three) And the precipitations that followed, such as the political tyranny of previous regimes. Conflicts and the spread of armed manifestations and the growing role of religious parties, and affiliations that imposed themselves on its reality, confronted the groups of society with all its Iraqi sects. Iraq became an arena for ethnic and Athenian liquidations away from social reform. The research recommended the adoption of a national project that would contribute to transforming the tribes into a support point in political and social change. And the imperative of the inevitability of change that is reflected in the correct development and progress of states, reflecting positive social and political aspects to achieve prosperity and prosperity. The necessity of national cooperation for civil society organizations and formal and informal institutions to establish the civil state to build a new society based on justice and in which the tribe takes its social and cultural role in building.
