Main Article Content
Abstract
The study aimed to identify the importance and the usage of integrated education in the design and development of computer lessons in school from the point of view of computer teachers. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive approach, as well as a random sample consisting of (39) teachers who teach computer and other subjects in the preparatory stage in Salah al-Din governorate. The study reached the following conclusions: The integrated learning trends of middle school teachers in Salah al-Din governorate came with an average of (3.72). The degree of differences concerning the importance and usage of integrated education in the design and development of computer lessons according to the sex varies with an average calculation (3.72) for teachers of computer discipline and (3.73) for other teachers. In the light of the findings of the study, the researcher recommended the importance of using learning technology in teaching, and the need for the encouragement of Ministry of Education so as to build computerized educational programs based on integrated learning, as well as to educate parents about the importance of integrated learning and its impact on the learning process and its outcomes.
