Public Funds and their Expenditures in the Islamic Economy

Abstract
The Islamic economic system came with great wisdom to establish legitimate economic controls for spending public funds of all kinds and roles. It has become a basic necessity to preserve public funds from excessive spending, which in turn pivots in several areas of daily lif Therefore, the researcher tried hard in this study to clarify and present some of the legal controls for public spending, indicating the basic controls and the great importance they contain in Islam Also, the controls of economic spending enacted by God Almighty are of great importance to peoples, especially Islamic countries, in order to fulfill the general necessities, and vice versa lead to the spread of unemployment, poverty, hatred and hatred among societies.
