Abstract

The present research deals with the Provision of the wife who is suspended in Islamic jurisprudence. It includes an introduction and three topics. The introduction is concerned with the reasons of choosing the topic and the research plan. The study provides a definition of the suspended wife in terminology, and the relevant words. The second topic handles the reasons of suspension. The third topic deals with the damages resulting from the suspension. The last part of the study is the conclusion which contains the most important results.
