التوزيع الجغرافي للمسنين في محافظة صلا ح الدين

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على حجوم وخصائص السكان كبار السن 65 سنة فأكثر في محافظة صلاح الدين للمدة 1997-2017، وتوزيعهم على الوحدات الإدارية وبحسب البيئة والنوع ، فضلاً عن دراسة الخصائص الديموغرافية ومنها التركيب العمري للمسنين وأهرام السكان لهم ، وكذلك دراسة التركيب التعليمي لهؤلاء السكان والتركيب الزواجي والاقتصادي.
وصولاً إلى التنبؤ بحجوم المسنين في المحافظة عام 2027 بحسب البيئة والنوع ، وذلك لوضع الخطط اللازمة وبناء السياسات لغرض تقديم الرعاية اللازمة لهذه الفئة العمرية انطلاقاً من مبادئ الدين الاسلامي الحنيف ومجتمع المحافظة .
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن حجوم السكان المسنين في المحافظة لعام 1997 كان( 27507) نسمة ويمثل 3,2% من مجموع السكان وارتفع عام 2017 إلى ( 41958 ) نسمة ويمثل 2,7% ، وأن عدد الإناث المسنات أكبر من الذكور المسنين ، إذ بلغت ( 15543 ) نسمة عام 1997 وارتفعت إلى ( 22949 ) نسمة عام 2017 ، وبالتالي انخفاض نسبة النوع للمسنين ، وتوصلت أيضاً إلى أن هناك من المسنين ممن يعيشون تحت خط الفقر ويعانون من الكثير من الأمراض ، وقد أوصت الدراسة بوضع الخطط لرعاية المسنين مستقبلاً من خلال استحداث المجلس الأعلى للسكان المسنين في المحافظة ، وإنشاء مستشفى خاص بالمسنين وأن يكون علاجهم مجاني.
