الملخص
اتسعت دائرة البحث في دلالة المركز والهامش في الدراسات النقدية ولا سيما في مرحلة ما بعد البنيوية، وكشف هذا المكون الثنائي عن وجود ثغرات في الأوساط السياسية والاجتماعية والثقافية . وقد أدى الأدب ولا سيما الرواية في التعبير بشكل واضح عن المركز والهامش وسلطت الضوء على التمييز الواضح بينهما فضلاً عن تمثيل الأدوار التي يؤديها في المجتمع .
وقد جاءت دراستنا عن المركز والهامش في رواية من روايات محسن الرملي ألا وهي "حدائق الرئيس" لتغوص في أعماق المجتمع العراقي خلال حقبة تاريخية من حقب العراق ألا وهي الثمانينات صعودًا إلى ما بعدها لتعبر عن معاناة شعب ذاق وبال التهميش والقهر على يد سلطة ظالمة هيمنت على مقدرات الشعب ورفعت السوط لجلده لتجعله خاضعًا خانعًا لها فضلاً عن أشكال وصور اِتخذها المركز والهامش اجتماعيًا وثقافيًا وعاطفيًا حاولت هذه الدراسة الغوص فيها عبر تجلي أشكالها وصورها .
