السيطرة البرتغالية على الخليج العربي في القرن السادس عشر

الملخص
تشكل هذه الدراسة محاولة للكشف عن حقيقة مهمة زاخرة بالأحداث من تاريخ الخليج العربي الحديث تركزت في الصراع البحري بين البرتغاليين وسكان الخليج العربي في القرن السادس عشر وشملت الدراسة مبحثين تناول المبحث الأول حركة الاستكشافات الجغرافية البرتغالية في الشرق واكتشافهم طرقا جديدة للتجارة بدلاً من طريقي البحر الاحمر والخليج العربي الواقعين تحت نفوذ الدولة العربية الإسلامية ومحاولتهم تحطيم الحياة الاقتصادية للعرب اما المبحث الثاني فتناول السيطرة البرتغالية على الخليج العربي في أوائل القرن السادس عشر والأساليب الوحشية التي استخدموها ضد السكان المحليين التي قام بها الفونسو البوكيرك وردة فعل السكان المحلين لمواجهة هذه السيطرة عن طريق المقاومة للبرتغاليين.
